Healthy Eating

Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Egg-free. Soy-free. Nut-free.

Sounds like it would all taste like cardboard, huh? WRONG!!!!
I have been eating this way for YEARS and I have yet to miss out on anything yummy.

Now, the only death-allergy I have are nuts/peanuts. BUT I have found I do not tolerate wheat (or gluten), dairy, soy or eggs (I get super sick). So I pretty much follow allergy-free cooking, for my own comfort and health.

So here is a blog. A blog to share yummy, allergy-free and HEALTHY recipes...tried and tested by yours truly, for your enjoyment. Here goes!

  2. Just in time!! My allergic sensitivity has been SO BAD recently! I think I'm going to try the egg-free/dairy-free stuff and see if I can calm my body down a bit...ready, go. Your sister is counting on tasty ideas, here! Bring 'em on! (Also, I discovered brown jasmine rice the other day. So good).

  3. Sabina- I would really recommend the 60-80% raw diet and the rest you eat is whole foods like "ezekial bread" and/or gluten free goodness and lean meats...It has really really helped me in all aspects of health and life, and even with the hard time I have eating raw veggies I do OK with them in a green drink. See post: "My Green Drink Blunder"
